TSF does not offer any refunds or returns under any circumstances. This applies to services and/or product. Products that have left our building may not be returned or exchanged, unless under very specific circumstances, such as a faulty/damaged product as a result of a manufacturer error. We reserve the right to uphold this policy.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next client's appointment is not delayed. If you are more than 15-minutes late and we cannot fit in the scheduled treatment(s), we will have to reschedule your appointment to another day, and this will result in a fee of the full amount of the scheduled treatment(s).

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us at least 24-hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment. Any appointments that are a "no-show" will be subject to a fee of the full amount of the scheduled appointment.
